Readers, here’s how to enter the contest. You can do ONE or ALL of these things, and each one will give you additional entries at a chance to win.
Please note, the prize stated IS the prize you will receive, there will be absolutely no substitutions or changes the prize is non-transferable. If you don’t want the prize being offered, please don’t enter the contest. If you ever win an electronic copy of a book, please note that it is ILLEGAL to forward, give away or copy it in anyway once you receive it. Doing so violates copyright. If we find out that it has been done, you will no longer be eligible to win any of our contests.
1. Leave a comment telling us who your favorite character is in any of Anton’s books, AND your favorite SCENE and the book the scene is from. Good for 5 entries.
2. Read the Bitten by Books reviews of Anton’s books here: http://bittenbybooks.com/?page_id=58&book_author_id=Anton%20Strout
Then leave a meaningful comment IN THE REVIEW post that shows you read the review, not just a post that says “sounds good” or “nice review”, a couple of sentences would be great! Simply share your thoughts, ideas or opinions and show the author some love. Good for 5 entries per review.
3. SUBSCRIBE to the Bitten by Books newsletter here on the right hand side of the site. This is for new subscribers only. Be sure you VERIFY your subscription, an email is sent with the verification link. Unverified subscribers will not be entered and will be deleted from the mailing list. Good for 10 entries.
4. Post the link to the contest here today (http://bittenbybooks.com/?p=4584) at another blog, website, Myspace, Ning Group, Facebook, Yahoo Group (any group where it is appropriate) and you will be given TEN additional entries for a chance to win for every link you post. Connor Grey’s my favorite character - it may or may not be because he’s portrayed by Nathan Kamp on the covers, so he’s quite a yummy character to visualize.

So far my favorite scene in Dead to me is the shink shink of the Mardi Gras beads. Favorite character Fergus ok I’m on chapter 3.

My favorite scene has to be the killer bookshelves in Dead to Me. But I just got my copy of Deader Still today, so it could change.
My favorite character is Simon. Love the long black coat, the Pez, and the Angel fandom. I mean, he’s also the hero, so that’s a point in his favor.
I don’t suppose I could send you the e-receipt from BN.com, instead? I prefer to order from them rather than amazon (and, in fact, did so).

My favorite character is Connor and my favorite scene is from Dead to Me. It is where Connor is explaining his expertise. Simon whispers “Women are your expertise?” “What about her?” and Connor just looks at him picks his coffee up and says “she’s dead.”

I read the review of Deader Still. I am intrigued about Jane coming to terms with her darker and kicking some butt. I wonder how Simon is going to take that. I think that being psychometric is a very interesting talent. Not sure how I would use it.
