Lucifer has made grievous errors: he has fallen in love with Eve and presented her with the apple, the forbidden fruit. Eve, of course, takes that fateful bite. In his anger, God has made Lucifer a Vampire and cast him away. Lucifer’s only chance of redemption is to find the artist who bears his “symbol.”
In order to return, he must find her to study her art which will reveal the path back to Heaven. There is just one small problem: each time he finds her, she is murdered. When he does catch up to “Janie,” will she be his salvation or his demise?
This was a very interesting, fast-paced book. The characters at times seemed to change too quickly, and there were so many characters, it was hard to keep up with them all. On the other hand, I have nothing but praise for the author’s originality and her very unique writing style and theme.
I look forward to the next book, since this is the first in a series. I can promise you that if you read this, the end is literally jaw dropping.
