About Jackie

  1. There are so many great covers this week, it is hard to pick just three. My favorites are House Rules, This Wicked Magic, and Hunting Daylight.

  2. I voted for The Queen is Dead, A Witch Alone, and Unravel Me. TQID is kind of fun, and Witch is really pretty. Unravel Me, while I think I’ve seen imagery like it before, is still cool looking.

    • It took me a while to get used to the cover for TQID, but the more I look at it, the more I love it! Very bold colors. It definitely catches the eye.

  3. Hmmm. Tough choices once again. Ultimately though; Unravel Me was pretty stunning, and both Hunting Daylight & How Beauty Saved the Beast were it.

  4. How Beauty Saved the Beast . . . I’m all about those hot bodied alpha males. . . yum 😉

  5. I’m surprised no one’s mentioned how much the guy on the Dead Things cover looks like Adam Levine! Maybe I’m just obsessed with him…

  6. Guardian Ranger, Enemy Mine and Magic at Midnight.

  7. I liked blood Oranges the most of this selection, the others are not very exceptional, although Dead Things and Under the Gun look good too.

  8. I voted for Magic at Midnight by Gena Showalter and How Beauty Saved the Beast by Jax Garren

  9. How Beauty Saved the Beast by Jax Garren, Unravel Me and How Beauty Saved the Beast were my favs.

  10. Under the Gun by Hannah Jayne and Soulbound by Tessa Adams and Blood Orange by Kathleen Tierney & Caitlin R Kiernan shouted out to me ass full of Action edge of your seat stuff just from the cover art so that is why I picked them.

  11. So hard! Okay, I know I say that every time we have one of these polls. But this time I swear it is harder!

So in no particular order, Soulbound by Tessa Adams; Blood Orange by Kathleen Tierney and Caitlin Kiernan; and This Wicked Magic by Michelle Hauf.

But honestly they’re all pretty awesome.(Once again I realize I say that too, but I really do mean it!)

    • I have a ten dollar gift card I’m taking to B&N this afternoon. I have NO IDEA how I’m going to pick ONE of those new releases!! What is the publishing company trying to do to us?? lol

  12. I chose House Rules, This Wicked Magic, and Magic at Midnight.

  13. Mickey M (m-square)

Hard choices to make, but I like the covers that don’t show complete faces, allows me to use my own imagination based on author’s writing abilities.

    • I totally agree. Every time I see a cover with only the nose and chin showing, I twitch. The eyes are best part!!

  14. The HOUSE RULES font won me over!

  15. Soul Bound, House Rules and Witch Alone

  16. I voted for The queen is Dead, under the Gun, and Spellbound. The queen is dead was great. Love that pop of red very eyecatching.

  17. I picked Soulbound, House Rules, and The Queen is Dead. But of course it was a tuff one again, they were all pretty eye catching!
