One of the more open minded stories in the series of shifters that Mima is becoming known for, this is a highly erotic tale where multiple fantasies comes into play. Mima’s ability to twine fantasy with the highly descriptive scenes brings these tales to life. The hot sensuality and obvious love between the characters make what could be considered controversial ideas seem natural. I enjoyed how the insecurities shown by Freezha were overcome by love and hard work. How Vyur opens himself to his mate, to show her his caring and love, despite the fact that it may be looked on as a weakness. The joy that Mima’s shifters and mates find in one another despite what obstacles are thrown in their paths is inspirational. And an absolute joy to read about. If you are looking for an enjoyable read that opens the imagination, and heats the sensual side, then this is definitely the series for you.
