What would I do for a Kindle?
1. I would kiss a frog or a pig. Wait, I already did that.
2. I would humiliate myself in public with crabbers from the Deadliest Catch. Wait, I already did that.
3. I would puff out my pitiful chest and tell a bulldozer driver that he would have to go over my body to rip up Mother Earth. Wait, I already did that.
4. I would pill my cats. Did that several times.
5. I would taste rocks and eat dirt. Yikes, granddaughter and I did that.
6. I would be rude to a President of the United States in person. Yep, did that a few years ago.
7. I would dress up in silly clothes..oh dear, already did that in the 1960’s.
See, that’s the problem with being older - one has already done most of the really kewl things.
I really, really want a Kindle, so I would do just about any darn thing..just as soon as I figure out something I haven’t done already.

Christine, I try NEVER to do anything on video..have to be careful of leaving ‘evidence’ ya know! I did, however, buy Rowan and am going to give it to my grown-up son for Father’s Day. He’s reading to his kids now and whines that nobody ever buys him books. He will love, love, love it! As for my presidential encounter, it was ’said former president’s’ daddy, and I did it intentionally..refused to shake his hand and turned my back to him during a meeting (which in my culture is equivalent to throwing a shoe in Iraq). I am normally a really polite, respectful person, but sometimes quiet disdain is just called for. I suspect he didn’t even notice as there were about 10 of us in the room LOL

What would I do for a Kindle2? I’m willing to put myself in front of a camera! No but I would be willing to do ALOT since my Kindle just stopped working! But I have to convince my hubs to tape it with his phone, or my kodak- it takes HD video!

What would I do for a Kindle 2? Just about anything- just about. I don’t have any money and I’ll never be able to afford something like that on my own- I was lucky my grandma bought me a copy for Sea Witch earlier so that I could get it to read.
But lets see… Let me think… Okay! I am terrified of heights. Completely frightened. It isn’t even funny. I get up more than four feet and I start getting weird.
So what would I do for a Kindle 2?
I would go bungie jumping- A, that has the height factor, as well as being super dangerous! I know they say its not but I cna’t help but think of the rubber band…
I would go sky diving. That is just so… insane! And they offer it here. There is a sky diving club.
I would also attempt to swim through jello.

You don’t HAVE to make the video, it is just one of the things you can do. I think that there are plenty of easy options Marlyn. Pretty much everybody has one friend they can email a link to and say look at this cool contest.
You don’t have to do all of them it says ONE or all. The more you do, the more entries you get. You can do the simplest or the hardest. Totally up to you. That’s why there are so many different things you can do.

Great contest. Hopefully we get to see some of the videos. I do not have the equipment needed to make a video but I would gladly stay awake and make a 7 course gormet meal from scratch until it is edible to get a Kindle 2. Trust me this is no where near an easy task nor can I guarantee that anything in the first couple tries would be edible.

WOW great prize. I read your review, the book sound like a mixture of Harry Potters uptight family and The Highland Mist series I just finished going back in time with Druids.
I like that once you got into the story it held your interest and that you are looking forward to the next in the series. I would love to read it.
What would I do for a Kendle2? Well I would get my tongue and nose pierced and I would do it to even if my kids did tell me they would kill me because moms just do not do that, but I would have a Kendle2 then die a happy woman. Lol

I will write on my car (with those special markers of course) Visit Bitten By Books. com and drive it around for a week (unless my boss gets po’d about it being in his parking lot) Then I could only do it for days I’m off and if that happens I’ll hang a big banner on the front fence!

Hi everyone long time no talk, sorry have been busy with many many things…. Plus I had to get a new tower for the computer…. What would I do for a Kindle 2. Oh lets see there is always putting my kids into military school, heck the boys already have their hair cut that way. What would I do for a kindle 2? Well just about anything. Babysit all the kids in the family for free, plus all the animals. Thats 8 kids ages from 1 yrs to 9 yrs plus a 16yr old, aniamls thats 7 dogs, 5 cats and 5 horses. they are all spread out in 15 min drive to a 45 min drive.

I read the review for Rowan and it looks very interesting. Kinda made me think of Harry Potter at first (lives with a family that treats him bad).
And poor Rowan, trapped in a wand, probably thinking that Fiana has forgot him. It will be interesting to read what Fiana goes through to find him.
I am hoping this book has the magic of Harry Potter. I like the fact that it for ages 9+. I can share it with my kids.
I am going to have to check out that link to see about ordering this. I got into Harry Potter around the time the last book was being published. Would be fun to get into a series from the begining.

I don’t seem to know a single person with a video camera/phone/digital device so I am just going to have to post this for now. Hopefully before the end of the month I will find one.
For a Kindle 2 I would overcome one of my semi-phobias. I would be willing to cut off my hair in a venue of your choosing….maybe even a style of your choosing. My hair is currently to my knees(approximately 55″-60″)and super thick. The last time I cut it all off it cost some one a trip to NYC, first class. My only stipulation would be that my hair be donated to Locks of Love.
I would do a dog dancing routine with one of my dogs. We have never done dog dancing before and I think my dog dances better than I do.

Short review - sounds like it’s a good thing that Cullen is influenced by Rowan, as no doubt his life may have been headed down the other track at some point. Ironic, too, that Rowan hides in a stick, then when released it is into a society dominated by the faith he was hiding from (the one that essentially erased his from existence, although a modified form of it is becoming more popular today).

5 = read the review. I really would like to get this book for my 10 year old son. He loves fanatsy books and this one sounds right up his alley. More so because Cullen is just two years older than my son. It’s sounds like a book my son could relate with.

What would I do for a kindle 2? I would do anything you wanted! Joking. I would write my own version of Dr. Suess green eggs in ham, and make it about a kindle instead, lol. I hope I win! I love reading and could totally read all my favorite books on it and bring it around everywhere i went, and hopefully get others to want to read too! I totally wanted a Kindle, and was telling my mom about it. Then one day, I saw someone who had one, and got to show my mom! Sadly, I can’t afford a Kindle. Well, I hope I win, and good luck to the other contestants!
P.S. Good job on getting your book published! I am only a teen but I like writing and hope to get my own books published someday! By the way, great video!
