*****

Dara is a healer caught in a war that claims her home and the only family she has ever known. She is forced to hide her talents or be exposed as a follower of the Goddess and face death. But she can’t leave the wounded men to die on the battlefield so she risks everything to help them. She saves a foreigner who fought on her side of the war and he swears a life debt, creating a bond between them that no man can break. Not even the demon-possessed King intent on taking over the world.

Loren isn’t just a foreigner, he is Elf and a champion of the Goddess, his sword is Her Justice. He was led by Her to this fight to stop the darkness before it reaches his home. What he finds is Dara a mortal woman who will change his life. Uncovering her heritage is the key to stopping the demon-possessed King but the truth will drive Loren and Dara further apart.

Duality was very hard to put down. The plot and characters were woven together to form an intricate and spellbinding story.

Both main characters sound like individuals of honor. Sounds like a very good story. Will have to keep my eyes open for it.
