Psychotic Divinity A Collection of Fractured Views - Volume 1
In the latest offering from The Gratista Vampire Clan we are given a mix of poetry and short stories punctuated with some Gothic photographs that add to the flavor. The poetry was dark and abstract but seemed to fit well in the overall scheme. In the short stories we have a mixture of vampires, zombies, psychotics, and ghosts; something for everyone.
The anthology has unrequited love, a set of vampiric women who feed for an unusual reason, and a guy who is stuck in a loop without any end. The final story of the anthology ‘The Box’ had a couple twists that I didn’t see coming but loved it none the less.
The story for which the anthology is named, Psychotic Divinity finds an old vampire who feels very confident in his abilities pitted against the church and a priest. When the priest begins harassing the werewolves in the community the vampire is called in to dispatch the priest but things take a turn no one is expecting.
