This was hard. If I could pick all my favs it would be: Mercy, Jason, Adam, and Charles.
But my top two I picked Mercy and Jason.

Since a longtime fan of Patricia Briggs would normally right off the bat say Mercy Thompson, however since now reading Ilona Andrews Kate Daniels series have fallen in love with Derek. My 2nd pick is actually my favorite of all the shifter characters and that is of course Jason in the Anita Blake’s by Laurell K Hamilton, he is just so much fun to read about….

I’m going for Merry Gentry (LKH) as fave fae, but I love Rhys, Darkness, King Sholto, villain Queen Andais and the one with the pretty wings whose name fails me, all from the same series.

I’d just like to point out Mercy is not a lupine.
I voted for Elena and Kitty, but had it not been for the fact MErcy is a coyote, She’d have been in my top two. I love all of Armstrong’s wolves, as well as Andrews’ shifters and Briggs’ wolves and so on and so forth.

Wow. Tough call.
First I clicked Clay and then Elena but then I saw more, I mean Mercy rocks, so does Kitty and Karl. Then I was getting irritated because there are too many.
After much debating in my head and trying to decide which characters I enjoyed the most, I ended up choosing Elena and Kitty. It was close, I almost had Clay on the list as well, but then it became too couple like since I had Elena before Kitty.
So yeah…as I said tough call. But the winners were Kitty and Elena.

A lot of people are bringing up great candidates. I have to go with Charlaine Harris’ Sam. He is a cool and caring guy, and Sookie needs more of that boy.

Just finished a new book by Jennifer Ashley – “Pride Mates” — Really liked the characters – very interesting twist on Shifters. Hope there will be many more books in this series.
