****

Sari Jones is startled and frightened when her very attractive boss, Kai Harrison, discovers a microchip under her skin. The same kind of microchips being used to track big cats, as in jaguars. The very type of cat that their company, EcoCorp, has sent them deep into the jungle to find. They have worked side by side for two years and this discovery unveils how truly little they know about each other. Why does Sari have a microchip under her skin? How did it get there? She seems as surprised as he is to discover it’s existence.

The events that follow bind them closer together and reveal the long suppressed attraction between them. However, it also becomes apparent that both of them have been operating with a hidden agenda and as their secrets are exposed, the fragile newly found trust is put to the test.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The twists kept me reading long into the night. The relationship between Sari and Kai unfolds nicely and the intimate moments are provocative, yet developed with finesse. I can’t wait for the next book!
