Tiny, the part-time demon bouncer at Moonlight & Magic has kept his true identity and powers hidden from his bosses, friends and the clientele of the paranormal bar. He has no trouble keeping everything under wraps until his eyes are swayed by a sexy little vampire who takes care of three of her own kind before he can even step in to lend a hand. When she slides inside the bar to have a quick drink before heading home with dinner and a bedwarmer, it is up to Tiny to take control of the vamp and get her out of the way before the bosses smell the bloodsucker on the premises. Getting her out of the building is the plan, but when he takes control of the situation, they find themselves playing a very intense game that neither realizes might change the rules for both of them forever.

When she finds herself handing the victim into the arms of a bald, pierced and fiercely sexy demon before finishing her job, she is compelled to keep him in her sight. Unknowingly disregarding the club’s policy due to previous vampire problems, she finishes the night with a drink inside but soon finds herself being escorted to the back in the arms of the sexy man she had been watching all night. Never say never when the two combust in passion as they give in to their desires for each other and the domination that they use on each other.

The two expect nothing more than the one night of arousing pleasure but are stunned when forces beyond their control bring them back to each other. Now, they must not only decide whether what they have is worth fighting for, but they must also prove it to the ultimate of demon bodies as Tiny is forced to face his past, his family and his future and Cass must pass a test of her own.

This installment in the Moonlight and Magic series was a smoking hawt read that focused on the overcoming of family and society pressures to abide by rules and dictates to pursue love by following their own hearts. I have enjoyed the first three in this series and hope to be able to find more amusements in another chapter soon.
