Thanks guys! Heidi, I would have done a longer reading but Youtube only allows you to do 10 minutes clips, and I’m too untechnical to figure out how to do it another way.

I never start a series until there are usually at least 2 or 3 books out but could not resist starting this one. Loved it ! Sabina was my type of kick-ass, potty-mouthed women. Can’t wait for “Mage in Black”!

Katie, that it did. I love that scene because I always picture Slade’s face. LOL. But my favorite line is “people pay good money to see a prime piece like you fangin’ some pole.” Here’s an interesting tidbit. The printed story actually doesn’t contain that line. The editor thought it was too risque, so I changed it. But I thought you guys might like to hear it like I originally intended.

Great great author in my opinion. I. Love her humour her style and she is a funny tweeter (her or her démon cat).i cant wait until mage in black . This is gonna be such a long wait…. I read Red-Headed Stepchild months ago and loved it. I was just looking at it last night for a re-read as I’m out of slush pile books. Can’t wait for the new book! I just wish my favorite authors could produce faster!
