Dalila’s Choice by Evanne Lorraine

****½

Two thousand years after a disastrous event in human history, two distinct populations of humans formed. After time, each population became composed of nearly one gender - females on Earth, and warrior males on a distant planet, Enyo. As breeding became less and less successful, the females finally sent out a traveler, Dalila, to their long-ignored male counterparts. When Dalila ends up crash-landing and being rescued by a gorgeous pair of twins, she finds that her original mission - to procure genetic material necessary for the viability of the species - is much more complicated: she falls in love with the two sexy men.

I had fun reading this novella. While it was at times predictable, and the editing team missed some typographical errors that were distracting, the development of the romance between the characters - and the mending of the breaks in the brothers’ relationship - was slow and thoughtful. I liked the world-building that was given, though I would not have minded more. Hopefully, this will continue into a series in which more of the dystopian worlds will be explored.

Nice writing and a sweet story!

Thank you for your kind words about Dalila’s Choice! I’m thrilled you enjoyed the story. The Enyo Chronicles do continue, Joon’s Temptation is the second book in what I hope is a long series. :D
