Ms. Bardsley has a gift for creating characters that are easy to love as well as those that are easy to despise. Her writing inspires emotions that will have you sobbing and then laughing hysterically with the just the turn of a few pages. Each Broken Heart story builds on the ones that came before and fleshes out more of the townspeople. Her skill at turning minor characters into major players makes the reader long for the story to continue and anxiously await the release date of her next book while speculating on which background character is going to get their own story. Kudos and Godivas to Ms. Bardsley for another fabulous Broken Heart experience.
