Books in the Monére, Children of the Moon series in the order they should be read:
Mona Lisa Awakening
Over the Moon – Anthology story “Mona Lisa Three”
Mona Lisa Blossoming
On the Prowl – Anthology story “Mona Lisa Betwining”
Mona Lisa Craving
Mona Lisa Darkening

Mona Lisa is on her way to her new territory in Louisiana. She is going to her new home with her brother, two lovers, and guards. Things should be easy, right? But things never seem to take the easy route with Mona Lisa.

Gryphon is not sure what to expect once they get to Louisiana. This is the territory of Mona Louisa, one in which he has a history. What will Mona Lisa think of him once she knows the truth of his life here? Will she still want him in her life, in her bed?

It is a time for Mona Lisa to learn even more of her Monère heritage; it is time for her to know what it means to be Queen. But will she be able to be a true Queen? Or will her human blood hold her back from being the Queen she needs to be?

Mona Lisa Blossoming is the second installment of the Monère series, and picks up immediately after the first story ends. I enjoyed this sequel much more than the first story. The story has picked up in pace, and the eroticism has picked up in heat. Sunny takes those dark, hidden desires that hold us humans in thrall and slightly scandalize us, and brings them into the light through Mona Lisa’s battle with the culture and accepted practices of the Monère’s. The hard time that she has, despite the unusual bloodline she holds, makes Mona Lisa a believable character; and one that you find yourself rooting for. She is not perfect, and those imperfections are what make this tale one that you will find yourself reading repeatedly. She is the underdog that you will be rooting for, feeling for, crying for. The tales of Mona Lisa are a wonderfully erotic addition to any library!

Your books are the best. They reach a part of me that other books don’t.

I was hooked from the first book and the relationship between Mona Lisa and Gryphon is exceptional! These books burn you inside, in a very good way.
I enjoyed the review and agreed with all except I really enjoyed the first book and it sucked me right in. Sunny has a way of writing that does that!
