She hid out there to not only protect the “Lost Boys”, the young alpha children her pack had abandoned, but also to escape the clutches of the werewolf mate her father had arranged for her to marry.
Phin’s cover is quickly discovered, and with the entire compound out searching for Corky’s location, the news of a series of deaths in Wyoming caught the attention of the head of McKay security while he was hanging out at Romatech training his brother for his new position. There was no one else to go, and unfortunately, no one could come and help him track but the sexy Wolfie Princess. Bryn and Phin agree to work together, but staying in the close confines of a cabin, it is harder to deny the attraction both have tried to ignore. Without back up, they must find a way to not only capture the elusive Queen but also work together to escape a past which threatens not only their lives but also their souls.
Dr. Phang has been a fun and interesting character from the first time he was brought into the Romatech world. Despite his ladies’ man persona, this reader knew that deep down there was one thing this vampire desired above all: to be loved. Who knew that a feisty, sexy werewolf would be his hope for a lasting and loving relationship? Bryn is the perfect complement for Phin’s sometimes over-the-top personality. The complications of falling for him, a hated vampire, are much harder to ignore than she imagined; Bryn dishes out the snark but gives into her desires for the sexy former drug dealer. The “interracial” aspect of their relationship was only a problem for those who could not see the love that they shared (which included themselves for as much as they denied it) or the completion of their souls when they finally accepted each other as their perfect soul mate. Warning: this book WILL have you laughing out loud. Be prepared. Scenes may involve witty dialogue, dangerous vampires, and a desire to search out and find a man on a horse for yourself.

My first book from the series was Vampire Mine. As soon as I discovered that this book was the tenth in a series went back and bought the rest. In the meantime preorder Sexiest Vampire Mine and since October I preorder Wanted: Undead or Alive. I can’t wait to read this book. YAY!!! One more day… Counting the hours!!! and afterwards Howard’s… WooHoo!!!
